We recommend reserving your equipment as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak season. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests.
Yes, we require a deposit to reserve equipment. The deposit amount varies depending on the equipment you are renting and the length of the rental period.
You are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your rental period. We require a credit card on file for all rentals to cover any damages or losses.
DIY rentals are perfect if you want to save money and enjoy decorating yourself. You still get professional -quality items without paying for full service.
Depending on availability and distance we can deliver for an additional fee. If delivery AND pick up is required there will also be an additional fee, keep in mind that we are able to price rentals at lower costs due to being a porch pick up business.
We do not set up rentals. Everything comes ready to use with simple instructions. A more affordable option since set up is not included.
For security deposits and payments, we accept credit or debit cards only. Cash is not accepted.
